Chillers
Chillers are devices that remove heat from a liquid using the principle of the refrigeration cycle. In air-conditioning systems, the chilled water produced by the chiller is distributed to fan coils that cool the air in a given space. In industrial settings, chilled water production is essential for various applications, such as temperature control of products and machinery.
Chilled water systems are generally closed circuits, where the water cooled by the chiller absorbs heat and then returns to be cooled again. Even though these circuits are closed, they are still subject to contamination.
The most common issues found in chilled water circuits are corrosion and sludge. These problems reduce heat exchange efficiency, cause blockages, and lead to maintenance interruptions that can result in production downtime.
TREATMENT BENEFITS:
01
Clean Water uses a chemical-free solution designed to eliminate system issues and maintenance shutdowns.
04
Our approach gives you water savings via higher cycles of concentration and less blowdown.
02
fewer high-head trips and emergency callouts—maintenance becomes planned, not reactive.
05
Expect extended equipment life for chillers, condensers, and pumps through scale and corrosion control.
03
You benefit from measurable results—improved approach temperature, reduced pressure drop, and clear before/after reports.
06
Clients tell us they enjoy safer sites—no hazardous chemical storage or handling on-site.
